Hii, I'm Caroline
From the first year of secondary school I knew exactly what I wanted: to bring ideas to life and give other people a night they keep talking about. That thought never left. Today I run How It Is out of Antwerp, and every production still gets the same attention as the very first one.

Perfectionistic by nature
Every brief gets the same attention. From the invitation to the last detail on the floor, if it goes out under our name, it has to be right.
Radically honest
You hear what we actually think. If the budget and the ambition are out of step, we say it early, while there is still room to do something about it.
We treat your event like it's ours
Your deadline becomes ours. We chase the suppliers, sweat the timing and stay on site until the last guest leaves, because that is how we would want it done.
Built on real relationships
Most of our work comes back to us. Clients return, suppliers pick up on the first ring, and that trust is what makes a difficult production run smoothly.
