Event
Large-format events built for impact, product launches, festivals, and corporate occasions that leave a lasting impression through bold, immersive storytelling.
An Experience is an event built to be felt by a room at scale. Sometimes that's a product launch where the reveal has to land in one second. Sometimes it's a festival stage that has to hold four thousand people and still feel intentional. Sometimes it's a corporate evening that everyone expected to sit through and nobody expected to remember.
How It Is produces Experiences out of Antwerp, across Belgium, and wherever the brief takes us. Every project starts from a blank page. No template formats, no recycled concepts, no shortcuts dressed up as efficiency. If an Experience goes out under our name, we have already obsessed over every part of it the audience will never see.
That's the only way we know how to work. That's how it is.

Every project begins the same way. No price lists, no packaged tiers, no quote on a brief we haven't fully understood yet. You tell us what the event has to do. We come back with questions first, then with a plan.

We build the concept, lock the venue, brief the technical crew, coordinate catering and entertainment, and produce everything that carries your brand. One contact on our side, one timeline, one team accountable for the result.

Experiences are built for brands and organisations who know that a room full of people is one of the strongest tools they have, and who want it handled by a team that treats it that way. Our clients tend to have a clear point of view, a real audience to convince, and no appetite for managing a list of suppliers themselves. The industries vary. The mindset doesn't. If you're looking for a standard event delivered to a standard spec, we're probably not the right fit. If you want something people are still talking about five years from now, we should talk.

We've produced for 50 and for 5,000. Scale isn't really about headcount, it's about ambition. If you want an event that lands, we'll figure out the logistics.
